We will give you the status as well as a tracking number. (if shipped from our location and not drop shipped from the factory)
e-mail us at: shipping@mastertoolrepair.com Next Day Air Orders There are times when we must drop ship your order from the factory due to us being out of stock at our warehouse. If the factory is also out of stock, your order will not ship Next Day Air. Unfortunately, the different factories do not let us know when they are out of stock of an item until later. We usually find out from you first via e-mail or phone call. If this happens, we will ship your item Ground, as soon as the part becomes available and refund your original shipping charges. If you still wish to pay Next Day Air charges as originally requested, we will have them ship it Next Day Air as soon as the part becomes available. If not, we will have them ship it Ground and refund all of your shipping charges on your original order.
