I wanted to take time to brag on one of your sales/service employees-Eric Trotman.
Eric was so helpful. He went beyond what i really expected when i sent the first email asking about parts for an old Craftsman compressor. I sent him the model number (which wasn't listed on your site), and in no time i had an email saying that he could probably help, and asked what i needed. I told him what my compressor was doing and he directed me to the parts list that i would probably need to look at. I had three other questions which we emailed back and forth (very quickly i might add). Eric was so patient, and very knowledgeable. I called to place the order and Eric was on another line at the time, so i signed up on-line and ordered. Shortly after i placed the order on-line, i received another email from Eric, just thanking me for the order, and stating he was so glad he could help.
All this for a $19 part!
You just don't see this kind of customer service very often, (or even people actually speaking English).

I called your parts department today for assistance with finding a hard to find compressor part for a Pro Source portable air compressor. Unfortunately. the part was not available but I spoke with your sales representative Jeremy, and the level of customer service he delivered was impeccable. He found a suitable replacement part in an unlikely place and directed me what to look for. His service is appreciated and I wanted to let his supervisor know that he is a credit to your company and the great job he did.
