New Pumps: 90 Days to 1 year (based on MFG terms & conditions)

 

New Compressors / Nailers / Tools: 1 Year

 

 

THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTS EACH COMPRESSOR UNIT MANUFACTURED TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR 90 DAYS TO 12 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE OR SHIPMENT BASED ON THAT MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY TERMS/CONDITIONS.  PLEASE SEE MANUFACTURER FOR SPECIFIC WARRANTY TERMS AND INFORMATION.  THE MANUFACTURER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE ANY OF THE WARRANTY TERMS AND/OR CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME.    

 

 

• The manufacturer’s approved service depot shall perform warranty/repair work.

 

• Warranty repairs shall not include freight costs.*

 

• Manufacturer must supply parts used for warranty purposes.

 

• Electrical Components: Magnetic Starters, Wiring and Accessory Switches – warranted for 90 Days.

 

• Gauges and Tank Valves – warranted for 30 Days.

 

Service and maintenance procedures such as Oil Changes, Filter or Drive Belt Replacement or Adjustments, Gasket or Fitting Tightening to correct oil or air leakage, and Pump Valve Cleaning are not covered under warranty.

 

 

* The customer is responsible for freight, inbound and outbound, for any returns, repairs and/or warranty work performed at a manufacturer’s authorized service center.

 

 

 

Warranty shall be void under the following conditions:

 

• Failure to routinely change oil and to maintain a clean filter.

 

• Exceeding 65% duty cycle resulting in overheating and excessive wear and tear.

 

• Exposing electrical components to rain or water.

 

• Installing unit in hostile environment such as acid vapors or any caustic or abrasive matter that may be ingested into pump.

 

• Installing unit in enclosed area where lack of cooling ventilation is present (such as in boiler or equipment rooms where the ambient air exceeds 100 degrees Fahrenheit).

 

• Damage arising from exposure to freezing temperatures.

 

• Installing or operating unit out of level causing lubrication failure.

 

• Failure to maintain proper oil level or use of incorrect lubricant.

 

• Tank damage from failure to use Vibration Pads or installing on uneven floor.

 

 

 

 The manufacturer’s policy is one of continuous improvement of their products and reserves the right to change specifications or equipment without incurring obligations as to units previously or subsequently sold.
