MDR21 style.
Just match up the on/off pressure from yours to the ones below.
All work for 110 or 220V.
1/4" FPT port on bottom.
On&Off Switch on top
Some have bottom unloader valves.
If your pressure switch is leaking out of the small bleeder valve on the side or if located underneath, order a tank check valve instead, your pressure switch is ok.
